Synopsis

LUCILE explores the extraordinary life of Lady Duff Gordon, a leading British fashion designer of the Edwardian era. Lady Duff Gordon and her husband Cosmo survived the sinking of the RMS Titanic only to be later accused of cowardice for rowing away from the drowning in a half-empty lifeboat. A brutal questioning ensued by the British Inquiry seeking a scapegoat to explain the disaster.
